JT98CivicEX,
How do you check for a clog IAC valve screen by the throttle body? If the screen is clog, can you just replace the screen or the whole IAC valve?

There are two bolts that holds the IAC valve to the intake manifold by the throttle body. You should be able to see a screen once you have removed the IAC valve. If the screen is dirty, you can simply use some spray air and a toothbrush to clean the screen.

Don't rule out electrical problem. I have experienced similar stalling problems, and it turns out to be electrical connections. If you use squeeze tabs for your add-on accessory wiring, remove them and use solder instead. The knock sensor wire connection was loose on my car and it randomly stalled on me. Sometimes it wouldn't even start.

How do you guys know the RPM drop down to 200 ??? Remember, the very FIRST line above the ZERO mark on a Honda/Acura tach is actually 500 RPM.
As for your issue: Although it sounds fuel related, I suspect there is more to it than that. Check all of your BTC wiring and make sure all connections are perfect. Do not rule out a ICM problem, although typically they work fine when a car is cold, and then progressively get worse as it warms up.
Good luck.

With a help of my friend, Raphael, We identified the ignition coil as the culprit.
Changed the ignition coil and the car is running again.
Random stalling has not returned since I cleaned the IAC screen. Thanks, JT98CivicEX.
For now, my car is running good again.
peace.
